This is the official website for the In re: Matt Garton and Associates, LLC chapter 7 bankruptcy case (No. 19-18917-TBM) currently pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

On October 16, 2019, Matt Garton and Associates, LLC (the “Debtor”) filed its voluntary petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

Prior to its filing for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtor operated as a third-party hotel and resort booking company, which conducted its business operations through five different “dba” entities:

  1. Hotels for Everyone,
  2. All Inclusives for Everyone,
  3. Affordable Luxury Hotels,
  4. Just Right Hotels, and
  5. HotelDeck.

Jeffrey A. Weinman was appointed as the Chapter 7 Trustee of the Debtor’s bankruptcy estate and as such, is charged with administering the assets of the estate.
